Prodigi is Probe's primary AI orchestrator.
Its job is not only to chat. Prodigi helps classify what you are trying to do, answer from Probe-owned knowledge, and route work to the right product surface or specialist agent.
What Prodigi does
Prodigi has three launch-relevant jobs:
- Answer: It can explain Probe concepts from Help Center and knowledge-base content.
- Route: It can help users find the right area of the platform, such as ProTools, billing, privacy, or account help.
- Triage: When Help Center content does not resolve an issue, Prodigi should collect context before a support ticket is created.
Why triage matters
Good support depends on context. A useful ticket needs the current page, attempted article, account state, product surface, expected behavior, actual behavior, and reproduction steps when something is broken.
Prodigi helps gather that context so human support does not receive vague reports like "it doesn't work."
What Prodigi should not do
Prodigi should not claim that a human has joined unless that is true. It should not expose private workspace data in public answers. It should not create a ticket before trying relevant Help Center content and asking for missing details.
