ProTools are Probe's work surfaces.

Studios are for creating. Managers are for organizing, operating, and monetizing what you create.

Studios

Studios are immersive workspaces for making things with AI. Examples include Probe AI Studio, ProTierList Studio, and Pinboard AI Studio.

Use Studios when you are actively producing an output, comparing ideas, organizing inspiration, or building a reusable artifact.

Managers

Managers are operational dashboards. Examples include Program Manager, ProBook Manager, ProDrive Manager, and services managers.

Use Managers when the work needs structure, state, scheduling, files, members, revenue, or ongoing operations.

How this connects to Help Center

Help articles for ProTools should always say which surface they apply to. A ProDrive article should not assume the same controls as Pinboard. A Program Manager article should not sound like a general profile article.

When an issue is specific to one Studio or Manager, include that product surface in the support context before escalation.
