Provider and integration help must be operational, not promotional.

When Probe uses a model provider or connected app, the Help Center should explain what the integration does, what it cannot do, what account state is required, what data may be involved, and how users can verify outputs.

Required sections for provider articles

  • What this provider or integration does.
  • What you need before using it.
  • What data may be sent or retrieved.
  • Known limitations.
  • Cost or credit behavior when relevant.
  • How to disconnect, disable, or change settings when supported.

Do not publish stale model names, context sizes, rates, or pricing without checking the current provider contract.
